What does the facilitator guide contain?
It contains Learning outcomes, Session Plans, Timings for each topic, Powerpoint slides, exercise instructions, Roleplay assessment tasks.
Does it come with a soft copy of the participant workbooks?
Yes
How do we use it?
Your trainer conducts the course. You play the dvd up to an exercise or roleplay and the trainer instructs and debriefs the exercise using instructions in the facilitator guide. New telemarketers could watch the dvd an hour at a time to get an understanding before doing the training.
How long is it?
It takes 4.5 hours to play the dvds. To do the exercises add 1.5 hours for a one day course. There is additional material in the manual to make this a 2 day course and the exercise time is doubled.
Can we have this customised to our industry?
Yes, you can have the facilitator guide and workbook customised for an additional $1,000 plus gst. The DVD set would remain generic.
Will the DVD play on any tv and computer in the world?
Yes, we made NTSC and PAL versions
Is this suitable for an inbound telesales team training?
Absolutely it is. It is only 15 minutes on disk 2 which is for outbound telesales only. Everything else applies to inbound too.
