Author Jenny Cartwright is known as Australia’s “Sales Calls” Guru and is one of Australia’s leading sales trainers. From 1991 – 1997, she won awards for top telephone salesperson promoting speaking events in Australia of famous people like Tom Hopkins, Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, James Rohn, Brian Tracy, Denis Waitley, Michael Gerber and Jay Abraham .
Her passion for telephone selling made her want to teach others her skills so she wrote the first telemarketing training course in Australia and then qualified as an accredited trainer in 1995. Jenny has been conducting in-house customised sales, telesales and customer service training for companies and individuals ever since.
