Who we are

This website is operated by Jenny Cartwright, trading as Sales and Telesales Solutions, Lane Cove NSW. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" means Sales and Telesales Solutions. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, company and anything you write in a message when you use our contact or free eBook forms, or when you email or call us.

When you buy from our shop, payment is processed by PayPal. PayPal collects your payment and delivery details and shares with us what we need to fulfil your order, such as your name, email and postal address. We never see or store your card details.

Our forms also record how you found the website (for example a search engine, an advertisement or another website), so we can tell which marketing is working. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser until you check out.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how people use the website, such as which pages are visited, how long people stay and roughly where in the world they are. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. You can stop it by turning off cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, provide the training, coaching, products or downloads you asked for, send your order, and keep records for accounting purposes. If you download a free resource, we may send you occasional sales tips by email. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, our email delivery service and PayPal, and only for that purpose. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Keeping it secure

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing jenny@telesalestraining.com.au or calling 0414 543 289. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
