As well as an accredited trainer and coach Jenny is also a professional speaker. She is one of only 52 female Certified Speaking Professionals (CSPs) in Australia – the highest designation for speakers in the country. She graduated from Coach-U University in 1998 which qualifies her to work as a corporate sales, marketing and personal success coach. She consulted to TAFE to co-create the first telemarketing course in 1995 and has written customised training and coaching courses plus telemarketing scripts for numerous companies since.
The difference between Jenny and any other trainer is that she has done telephone sales herself for 25 years to promote her own business. She made 100 calls a day promoting the events of great speakers like Anthony Robbins and Tom Hopkins. For 6 years. She knows what works and trains from experience rather than from a book or a course.
