Since 1995 Jenny, a sales trainer Sydney-based, has been conducting in-house customised sales, telesales and customer service training for companies and individuals all over Australia.

Jenny was an active member of Business SWAP (Salespeople with a Purpose) for 22 years and was the President of Pioneer Business SWAP 2006-2007. Her base is Sydney, NSW and she travels to all parts of Australia and overseas when required.
She was awarded “National Salesperson of the Year” by the Business SWAP organisation in 1993, “National SWAPer of the Year” in 1996 and 2004 and “Telemarketer of the Year” in 1995.
She was leader of XL Sydney Entrepreneurs Group for 5 years and she is currently on the leadership team of Professional Speakers Australia NSW chapter.
Jenny has personally trained over 95,000 business professionals and sales people and telephone sales staff over 25 years.
